Mobile alerts are the feature I'd miss most
Not praise for its own sake, a note about which part of the workflow actually changed my behavior.
Before, I watched. Now I don't, because I trust that the three things I care about will reach me. That shift is the difference between running something overnight and sitting up with it.
The thing that makes it work is that it's boring: it tells me what happened and stops. If it ever became chatty I'd turn it off, and then I'd be back to watching.
