This board is doing more for me than the software is

Said with affection for both. The tool executes what I decide. The thing I actually needed help with was deciding, and that's been happening here. Specifically: three habits I now have came from posts on this board, not from any feature. The pre-open checklist, the drill for the emergency plan, and reviewing the day I understood least rather than the day I did best. Mentioning it because the community is easy to treat as a support channel and it's been more than that.

The checklist was half-formed until people here added to it. That's the part that surprised me.

Fair, and honestly that's the split we expect. We can build execution and guardrails, we can't build judgment for you. If a habit from here would work better with a feature behind it, tell us which one — that's the useful version of this feedback.

The "review the day you understood least" one got me. I used to only reopen my winners because it felt nice, and I sat on the same misread setup for months without noticing it was the same setup. My blowup years would've been shorter if someone had said that to me out loud.

Been at this long enough to remember when the only board was a guy at the office who'd been trading since before you and would tell you when you were being dumb. Losing that was worse than losing any charting tool. Stay humble.
