Turned off the depth panel and nothing bad happened

Used to have the order book open on a second screen all day. Stared at the ladder, watched size appear and vanish, talked myself in and out of entries based on a wall that wasn't there ten seconds later. Paid for the data feed too, for over a year. Now it's off. That guide here about how much the ladder actually holds is what did it — my whole position is smaller than what sits on the top line anyway, so the depth was never telling me anything about my own fill. Only thing I'd ask for in the app is a way to hide the panel per-account instead of globally.
