Good instinct to ask first. Your strategies, settings and recorded data live in the data folder, which is deliberately kept outside the application folder so that installing or updating doesn't touch it. For a machine rebuild, copy that folder somewhere safe and you can restore it after reinstalling. Two suggestions: verify the copy opens correctly on the new install **before** wiping the old machine, and keep the backup even after it works — restores tend to reveal their gaps a week later.
Small thing worth doing before you wipe: open the copied folder on another machine and confirm the files actually open, not just that they exist. A backup you haven't read from is an assumption, not a backup.
Screenshots is a good shout, because the last time I moved machines I had everything restored and still couldn't remember what half my sizing settings had been set to, and I just eyeballed them from memory. Turned out my memory was generous to me. Not doing that twice.
