Startup takes long enough that I've changed my routine around it
Small thing with a real effect. It takes long enough to be ready that I now start it first and make coffee while it loads, rather than opening it when I want it.
That's a workable adaptation and it also means I can't spontaneously check something without a wait. Over months, that changes how often I look at things, which is a bigger effect than the seconds involved.
Not urgent. Noting it because startup time shapes behavior more than its size suggests.
