Built for fast traders, usable by slow ones

Observation rather than a complaint. Most of the design assumes intraday, the defaults, the layout, what's emphasized. I trade on daily bars and everything works, but I'm clearly operating outside the intended shape. Half the panels are irrelevant to me and the ones I want are the least prominent. Not asking for a redesign. Just noting that "slow trader" is a real use case and currently an accidental one.

Two of us, at least. Probably more who never say so.

Three. I'm intraday but I'd like the slow view some days.

Fair read, and accurate. Defaults were set for the intraday case because that's where most of the early usage was, and we haven't revisited them since. Can't promise a layout rework soon, but tell me which two or three panels you'd want promoted on a daily-bar setup and I'll log it properly instead of it living in my head.

Four. The maths doesn't care about your bar size — position size falls out of stop distance and account risk either way. But the screen does. On daily bars my stop is wide and my sizing is small, and every element sized for a tick chart just shouts at me about noise I've already decided to ignore.

There is an implicit sampling assumption in most trading UIs: that you look often, so recency should dominate the layout. If you only sample once per session, the same emphasis is showing you a much noisier slice of the same distribution. Sam, is it the emphasis that bothers you, or the fact that the prominent panels tempt you to act more than you intended to?

Intraday here and I'll defend the defaults a bit, they match how I actually use it! But honestly a saved layout toggle would fix this for everyone, slow view vs fast view, one tap. I'd use the slow one on days I'm just holding a runner and shouldn't be touching anything anyway.
