A plain-language summary of what a strategy actually does

Not for my sake, for the version of me reading it in six months. When I open a strategy I wrote a while ago, I read the conditions and reconstruct the intent. Sometimes I reconstruct it wrong, and then I "improve" something that was there on purpose. What I'd like is a description field that lives with the strategy and shows in the list — what it assumes, what market it's for, why the odd-looking condition is there. The tool can't write it. It can make sure I do, and put it where I'll see it.
