Windows updated overnight and my session was gone

Woke up to a login screen and a restart notification. The app wasn't running. No positions open, thankfully, because nothing had triggered — but if it had, I'd have been holding something with no supervision and no exit logic running. I've now set active hours on the machine and turned off automatic restarts. Feels obvious in hindsight. Posting it because "obvious in hindsight" is where most of my money has gone.
